  1. make sauce - deglaze the pan with 3/4 cup white wine and cook 5 minutes to reduce down to 1/4 cup liquid. add butter then garlic and simmer 30 seconds. off the heat add lemon juice, zest, parsley and salt to taste.
  2. combine - return chicken to the pan and turn to coat in sauce. spoon extra sauce over the pasta and toss.
