steps

  1. bring your ingredients together.
  2. in a pan put the liver and add black pepper and salt. remember to prior remove the top skin of the liver to make it tender.
  3. let it cook for 10 minutes while you stir evenly. add the onions and oil at this point.
  4. once ready remove from the heat and serve. garnish appropriately.
