  1. 2 bananas.
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour.
  3. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  4. 1 teaspoon white sugar (make sure it's vegan!)
  5. 1/3 cup plant-based milk (i used unsweetened rice coconut milk)
  6. 1/3 cup sparkling water.
  7. frying oil.
  8. 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
