instructions

  1. put the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan together. ...
  2. 350 gram oats.
  3. transfer into the lined baking tray.
  4. push down with a silicone spatula.
  5. bake for 15 -20 minutes in an oven set to 180degc / 160degc fan gas 4 / 350 degf.
  6. remove from the oven, they will still be soft, don't worry they firm up as they cool.
