2. 1/4 cup honey, or to taste.
3. 1 to 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, or to taste.
4. 1 to 2 teaspoons zatarain's creole seasoning, or to taste.
5. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, optional and to taste.
