once you get your hands on some copper caneles moulds, you'll need to prepare them for use (like you would a cast iron pan). this part is easy. wash with warm, soapy water and dry with a clean cloth. then, with a brush, apply vegetable oil to the insides and bake for twenty minutes at 400degf (200degc).
