  1. 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable broth.
  2. 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (see notes)
  3. 2 tbsp rice vinegar.
  4. 2 tbsp maple syrup (see notes)
  5. 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
  6. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or less/more to taste.
  7. 1/4 tsp smoked paprika.
  8. 1 tbsp cornstarch (see notes)
