according to gundry, these foods are low in lectins and ok to eat on a lectin-free diet.
avocado.
asparagus.
broccoli, brussels sprouts and other cruciferous vegetables.
celery.
cooked sweet potatoes.
garlic.
leafy green vegetables.
mushrooms.
