limoncello cookies

  1. 3/4 cup butter, softened.
  2. 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
  3. 2 large egg yolks.
  4. 2 tablespoons limoncello.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  6. 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest, from 1 medium lemon (use meyer lemons, if possible)
  7. 2 cups all-purpose flour.
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
