cook for 4-5 minutes for small pieces, 7-9 minutes for large pieces. to check if the chicken is cooked, remove one of the largest pieces from the pan and cut in half. if it is still pink in the middle, add back to the pan and cook for 1-2 more minutes, then check again. if not pink in the middle, the chicken is done!
