fresh fruit smoothie

  1. deselect all.
  2. 1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
  3. 1/2 cup white grape juice.
  4. 1 cup strawberries, stemmed.
  5. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks.
  6. 1/2 lemon, squeezed (for tartness if desired)
  7. 1/4 teaspoon vitamin c powder (1 capsule)
  8. pinch salt, preferable grey salt.
