1. 1 1/2 cups warm water, 105-115 f.
2. 1 tsp honey.
3. 7 g instant yeast/ rapid rise yeast, 1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp.
4. 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
5. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for the dough.
6. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , for the pan.
