also, a pan of lasagna is perfect for a big crowd and you can even make it ahead. even though our thanksgiving lasagna has squash in it, i wouldn't hesitate to serve it for easter since it's vegetarian-friendly and lovely and light. want to keep it classic? the red sauce version is always a favorite.
