How do you make hot chocolate with milk and chocolate bars?

place chocolate bars in the bottom of your mug. heat milk in microwave for 60-90 seconds being careful not to scorch milk but making sure milk is hot. pour hot milk over chocolate in mug, stir until chocolate bars are melted and enjoy.
