  1. 200ml pure (thin) cream.
  2. juice of 1/2 lemon.
  3. 2 tbs tomato sauce.
  4. 1 tsp tabasco.
  5. 1 tbs worcestershire sauce.
  6. 1/2 tsp salt flakes.
  7. pinch of freshly ground white pepper.
