directions

  1. add olive oil to hot saucepan.
  2. add onions, garlic and cook 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. add mushrooms and saute until tender.
  4. add flour and cook 1 minute, then deglaze pan with wine.
  5. add beef stock, blend, and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. serve over chicken or pork.
