all-clad is simply the best non-stick cookware we have ever used. not only does this pan feel like solid quality in both design and weight, it heats evenly and eggs will slide off the pan without oil. my wife always insisted we purchase the cheaper non-stick brands like calphalon, anolon, red copper, etc.
