the wafers are firm enough to keep the ice cream from spilling over the sides, but still soft enough to distinguish them from ice cream cookie sandwiches. the wafers are very chocolatey and have a chewiness to them that i really enjoy. overall this is a well executed sandwich and a personal favorite.
