  1. you'll notice the baking soda and baking powder in the breading. this gives it a perfectly crispy coating that you won't find in other recipes.
  2. after breading the cube steaks, really press the flour in. you want the steaks to be completely coated with the breading.
  3. do not flip the steaks more than once.
