place the steak on the sheet and set it at 4 inches below the heating element in the broiler. cook the steak for 6 minutes and flip it over. cook for another 6 minutes and check for doneness temperature. remove the steak from the broiler and leave it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes before you serve.
