sift flour and salt in bowl, rub in butter lightly. mix to firm dough with milk. roll dough out to 30cm x 23cm oblong. ...
sprinkle with fruit and cinnamon, roll up lengthwise.
cut into 10 thick slices. pack into greased 20cm sandwich tin, cut side down. bake at 180degc for 25 to 30 minutes.
