method
preheat oven to 180degc.
lightly beat eggs, oil and milk.
add queen cakes flour mix and mix with a spoon until just combined. do not over mix.
spoon equal quantities of the mixture into a well-greased muffin pan.
bake for plus/minus 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
