3. 5 tbsp dark brown sugar.
4. 2 tbsp black treacle or molasses.
5. 3 tbsp honey.
6. 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
7. 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce.
8. 1/2 tsp mustard powder - or 1 tsp english mustard.
