how to make potato wedges
- in a mixing bowl or pan, take 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 tablespoon rice flour, 2 small to medium garlic (crushed or minced) and salt as per taste.
