- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, or about 2 tsp. minced fresh garlic.
- 1/4 cup minced fresh herbs, parsley works well, or a heaping tablespoon of dried herbs.
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature.
