sprinkle the top of the moussaka with parmesan/grana padano cheese, then place the moussaka in an oven preheated to 180c. let the moussaka bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden. remove from the oven, and let the moussaka rest for a good 15 minutes to set before serving at the table.
