clean the cooktop surface and control panel
wipe down the surface, then switch to a clean, damp microfiber cloth to rinse. now buff to a shine with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. it may take a few passes to remove grease from stainless steel tops, or you can use a stainless steel wipe for the final buffing.
