how to make spaghetti meat sauce:

1. sautee ground beef until no longer pink.
2. add chopped onion, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp pepper, cook until soft then add garlic and sautee until fragrant.
3. add marinara sauce, 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp sugar. partially cover and simmer meat sauce 20 minutes. done!
