baking
pre-heat oven to 160degc.
bake for 13 mins.
remove and allow to cool completely.
brush egg wash all over the surface of the tart (do not wash bottom)
increase oven temperature to 230degc.
bake for 3 mins then rotate the tray and bake for another 1 min.
remove and cool completely before putting them in a jar.
