ingredients

  1. 1 cup cooked rice* leftover, slightly overcooked.
  2. 1/2 cup grated carrot.
  3. 1/2 cup grated green papaya or use zucchini.
  4. 1 - 2 green chillies finely chopped.
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  6. 2-3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
  7. 2 tbsp chickpea flour besan.
  8. 1 tbsp sunflower oil cold pressed.
