ingredients
3 cups cold water or leftover juice from roast, drained of fat.
3 tablespoons beef base (better than bouillon)*
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce.
2 teaspoons dark balsamic vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon pepper.
1 teaspoon cornstarch.
