5.0 out of 5 stars such deep, rich, flavor! this soy sauce is not like the soy sauce you buy in the store. it is dark and thick and flavorful, adding color as well as a rich mushroom flavor to any dish to which it is added! i highly recommend it and we use it in other foods besides just asian dishes.
