ingredients

  1. 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
  2. 1 small (grated very fine or blended) brown/white onion.
  3. 1 tablespoon (mixed with 6 tbsp of water) tomato paste.
  4. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
  5. 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder.
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
  7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  8. 250 ml water.
