mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle lightly over the top of the danish. fill the center of each danish with a hefty scoop of the cream cheese mixture. bake in the oven at 15-16 minutes or just until the outside of the danishes are golden brown. let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
