1. in large bowl add butter, vanilla extract, salt, powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
2. add flour and continue mixing.
3. place cookie dough onto wax paper and roll out cookie dough to 9x13.
4. pour milk and spread onto cookie dough and add cinnamon sugar mix onto the cookie dough.
