adding extra egg yolks to brownies
same chocolate brownie recipe, but with two extra egg yolks, bringing the total to two whole eggs and two egg yolks. i've read in several places, including the back of my unsweetened chocolate box, that adding an extra yolk will make brownies more fudgy.
