you will need:

  1. 4 chicken breasts.
  2. 3 tbsp of dairy free pesto.
  3. 3 tbsp of dairy free spread ( i use pure)
  4. a bowl of flour (seasoned with salt and pepper)
  5. 3 eggs whisked and put in a bowl.
  6. homemade breadcrumbs in a separate bowl (seasoned with salt and pepper)
