place kiffles on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees. immediately remove the kiffles from the baking sheet and dust with powdered sugar, if desired. store in a tin with layers separated by parchment paper. they taste best if consumed within a few days.
