fill and bake.
fill your cupcake liners about 3/4 of the way full of batter. (<- i always do this with an ice cream scoop, which makes transferring the batter much easier.) then bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cupcakes comes out clean.
