way 1 hot dog assembling:
- firstly, slit the hot dog in the centre. you can alternatively, slit from the cross side.
- squeeze in 2 tsp of eggless mayonnaise.
- also, add 1 tbsp of caramelised onion and place in a prepared veg sausage roll.
- top with few more caramelised onion.
- now garnish with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
