Do mini fridges keep food cold enough?

they are super small but can do more than just get cold. in fact, these mini appliances have the ability to get cold and warm with the switch of a button. while they can get as cold as 32degf (0degc), i personally do not recommend them if you want to store raw meat, poultry, seafood and insulin.
