pre-diced, ready-to-eat fresh avocado: wholly avocado. not everyone is a fan of the wholly guacamole's smashed avocado single serve cups of pre-made guacamole in the refrigerated section. i like them in a pinch, but there's a lot of plastic waste. if you want to make your own, fresh, i've found the larger 8 oz.
