  1. step 1:make the stir fry sauce first.
  2. step 2:heat oil in a wok or large fry pan over medium-high heat.
  3. step 3:add onion and chilli and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. step 4:add the vegetables and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
  5. step 5:stir in sauce and cook just long enough to heat the sauce.
  6. step 6:top with coriander.
