inspired by a road trip to kentucky this ipa is the perfect marriage of beer and barrel. after aging for 5 months in kentucky bourbon barrels this ipa developed rich oak tannins and smokey bourbon notes. to maintain the fresh hop aromas we dry hopped after taking the beer out of the barrels.
