if you don't have graham flour you can substitute:

or - per cup needed, substitute 1/2 cup unsifted whole wheat flour + 1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour. or - use 1 cup minus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour + 3 tablespoons wheat germ. or - you can make a gluten-free replacement to use for a graham cracker crust.
