apricot nectar that has been continuously refrigerated will keep for about 5 to 7 days after opening. to further extend the shelf life of opened apricot nectar, freeze it: to freeze apricot nectar, store in airtight container and leave at least 1/2 inch headspace at the top, as nectar will expand when frozen.
