combine coarse salt and cayenne pepper and mix evenly on a small round plate. rub lime around the rim of a low ball glass and then dip the glass into the salt / cayenne pepper mixture, twirling the glass until the rim is well coated. set the glass aside. combine tequila, cointreau and lime juice in a shaker.
