instructions

  1. peel the garlic clove.
  2. bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add the salt, peas and garlic.
  3. let the peas simmer for 4 minutes.
  4. pick the leaves off the mint stalks and chop finely.
  5. drain the peas and return to the pan.
  6. crush the garlic.
  7. add the creme fraiche, pepper, mint and garlic to the peas.
