the sauce
3 tablespoons cornflour / cornstarch.
the juice from the can of pineapples.
4 tablespoons sugar.
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
1 pieces pineapple ring cut into 4.
1 tablespoon tomato puree.
pint hot water, enough when combined with your pineapple juice to make up a total of 1 or 2 1/2 cups or 0.6 quart.
