instructions

  1. peel and slice carrots into coins on an angle, about 1/4 inch thick or less.
  2. heat oil and butter in skillet.
  3. add carrots and saute until tender, about 8-10 minutes, stirring often.
  4. add honey and dill and continue heating through, about 1-2 minutes more.
  5. add salt to taste and stir well before serving.
